As a Greek, it is always very difficult to find a Greek restaurant that comes close to meeting the expectations of the taste and preparation of the dishes. The restaurant Pegasus and its extremely friendly and cordial team manage not only to approach these expectations, but also to exceed them! Carefully selected ingredients and freshly prepared dishes tempt me to stop by for a little "meze" (as we call it in Greece) after my work. No matter what I've tried so far, I was always satisfied and with a clear conscience I can recommend the family-run restaurant Pegasus as one of the best around here!

Delicious.... Not always that friendly

A great Greek restaurant, with an appealing ambience. Extremely friendly service and delicious food. We like to go to Pegasos from the south of Bochum.

Pork tenderloin completely dry, fried way too long. Onions totally burned and black. Baguette hard and dry. And surely only the regulars get an ouzo at the end. Once and never again If there's something I've never been able to stand, it's the testimony of a restaurateur who accuses me of lying I had told the waitress that the pork tenderloin was too dry, fried too long and the onions were BLACK. And THAT corresponds to the facts! And the baguette was tough too. And when I finished eating it corresponded to the fact that I was hungry and hadn't eaten anything until then. And if the kitchen IS CLOSED, then I could have been told. Then I would certainly not have ordered the sundae. Apparently you are one of those restaurateurs who CANNOT handle criticism. YOU could have said straight away that your kitchen was closing when I asked for a table.

Quality, quantity and service are okay. But cheek is to charge € 1.00 for a sachet of mayo on a grill plate. For me it borders on usury.

Since I was there after many visits I only have positive experiences, it is of course 5 stars. I have already tried various dishes and have always been very satisfied. Just delicious. Yesterday we picked up our food and ate it at home. It was delicious and very good as always ... unfortunately the warm atmosphere we always enjoy in this restaurant was missing. The ambience of the Pegasus is nice. The prices, however, are unfortunately very steep. Long waiting time for food or for a waiter to drop by to take the order. Unfortunately I have to say that the quality of the food was not satisfactory. The gyros was greasy throughout. There are better Greek restaurants.

Unfortunately I can only give 3 stars. The reason for this is: The starter Tzatziki was delivered with the main course and only after demand. Although the waitress asked if the starter was wanted in advance. The accompanying bread was only brought on demand. Food is okay. There is still room for improvement.

Service very nice and fast, I found food to be good for the most part. I found the portion of the main course a little too small for the price. After the waitress poured a glass, we got a new one. The waitress was visibly uncomfortable. However, she solved this situation well.

We return here again and again for years. Portions are not huge, but really tasty. Less quantity - more quality. Drinks and food prices perfectly fine and service friendly and attentive. Oh yes - order some rice as a side dish - really good.

The restaurant was highly recommended by friends. Overall, I thought it was a good average. The food was delicious, the portions but rather small. In my opinion, there are better ones.
